Returns and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Freedivers is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Freedivers will contact you with options for replacement of the product.
An order can be cancelled if payment for the order has not been made yet by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order by the customer, the order can only be cancelled at Freedivers’s discretion and only before the order has been dispatched by Freedivers.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Freedivers within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
If you receive the incorrect product you must contact Freedivers within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘incorrect’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
Products ordered online may be inspected on delivery and if they do not meet your satisfaction may be immediately returned with the delivery person. Products returned in this manner will be given store credit for future use on the website.
If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we are unable to assist with a credit for the product.
